How fast can you get to me?

It depends on where you are and what's already on the schedule. Call or text and we'll tell you right away how fast we can get there, so you can decide.

Do you work on highways?

No. For safety we don't stop on highway shoulders like I-95, Route 8, Route 25 or the Merritt Parkway. If you break down there, get to safety and call 911. Once you're off the highway or on a local street, call us.

How much does a tow cost?

It depends on where the car is and where it's going. Tell us both on the phone and we'll give you a clear price before we come — no surprises when we arrive.

Can you fix my car where it is?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. If the car is on a local street, in a parking lot or in a driveway, our mobile mechanic can handle many common problems on the spot. If it needs a shop, we can tow it there.

What can a mobile mechanic fix on the spot?

Accepted Answer

Common jobs like batteries, brakes, starters and alternators, check-engine diagnostics and oil changes. Describe what's happening when you call and we'll tell you if it can be done where the car is.

Do you buy or remove junk cars?

We remove junk cars from driveways, yards and lots. Call us with the year, make and where it's parked, and we'll set up a time and tell you what paperwork to have ready.

Do you rent cars?

Ask us. If you need a car while yours is being fixed, call for availability and we'll explain what you'll need.

What do I need ready when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

Your ID, the keys if you have them, and a safe spot for us to work. For a tow, know where you want the car to go. For junk car removal, have the title or ask us what you'll need.

How does the 15% off work?

If you've used us before, or a friend sent you our way, mention it when you call and we'll take 15% off. It can't be combined with other offers.
